“And the way up is the way down …” offers T. S. Eliot. Many of us find that it is easier to subscribe to the idea of servant-leadership than it is to practice it. In this session we will remind ourselves of who our Triune God is: an eternal communion of mutual deference and love. We will consider practical ways that a mindset of leading by elevating others can transform our lives and ministries.
